Diana DZ sounds awesome on a big tube amp like the Woo Audio WA33 JPS Abyss Edition. Overall resolution directs your ears toward very subtle low level details and spatial cues within the large musical soundstage that tubes tend to accentuate. DZ won’t rip apart the recording and the system, it’s more about enjoying the content rather than analyzing it, sophisticated detail within the musical presentation.
Diana DZ is also lighter and more comfortable. This new model is built upon a lightweight machined aluminum frame with a highly engineered internal structure providing strength and acoustics to compliment the new Abyss DZ planar speaker driver. DZ is the lightest Abyss headphone ever produced.
